SHIPPING AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ

    • I understand that processing my online order can take 2 business days.
    • I understand that BOLDER Athletic Wear's (henceforth known as BOLDER) processing time may be extended during discount sale periods.
    • I understand that ordering embellishments and other add-ons can lengthen processing time.
    • I understand that Individual Custom, Team or Pre-Paid orders require manufacturing time before shipping occurs.
    • I understand that my chosen shipping method's time to arrival estimate is determined BY THE CARRIER (not by BOLDER) and BOLDER is not responsible for the transit time once I receive my shipping notification from BOLDER.
    • I understand that after order is shipped from BOLDER, BOLDER is not responsible for any delays or transit locations. BOLDER cannot provide any replacements based off of order transit issues.
    • I understand that the price of my shipping method is determined BY THE CARRIER, not by BOLDER.
  • Refund Policy

    We are pleased to offer a hassle-free return policy on any unworn, unwashed, unaltered products from smoke-free homes that are returned (& received by BOLDER) within 30 days. "Alterations" consist of MusicHoles, drawstrings, BibBuddies, embellishments, or other alterations listed in our Alterations section of our website made to the shorts or skirts, all of which are non-returnable. Custom products are always non-returnable. Items on sale (Outlet items & items on clearance sales) are non-returnable or exchangeable.

    Please email CustomerService@BOLDERAthleticWear.com and request your return. Refunds will not be accepted or processed (and this counts as part of the 30-day return delivery time) until BOLDER has been contacted for a return request. Then once approved, package the product carefully with your name and order number inside the box, and ship to:

    The purchaser's credit card will be refunded for the price of the item(s). Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. If we have sent your item(s) in error, your return shipping will also be refunded, and the correct item(s) will be shipped for free.

    Clearance items (Outlet items, one-off, sample and flawed items) are not eligible for refunds.

    Combine Fee: When combining orders, there will be a $3.00 charge, this will be deducted from the shipping refund.
